3. How should I calculate the amount of sod I need?
To determine the required amount of sod, calculate the area in square feet. Visualize the space as a rectangle, multiply the length by the width and sum up the area. You may have to do this for multiple areas. Add an extra 5% to cover potential shortages from cuts and adjustments. For more accurate measurements, consider using satellite imaging tools available online, or booking an on-site estimate.

5. What's the optimal season for sod installation?
You can install sod throughout the year, each season having its pros and cons:

7. Can I return or exchange the sod after purchase?
Once sod is delivered or installed, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to its perishable nature. We guarantee the quality and type of our sod until delivery.

8. How quickly do you deliver and install sod?
Delivery: We strive to confirm delivery schedules within 1-3 hours of order placement. We suggest ordering at least 2 days ahead of your preferred delivery date.
Installation: Typically, we schedule installations about 3 days after ordering. During peak times, it's best to book at least a week in advance.

9. Is it possible to purchase less than one pallet of sod?
We only sell full pallets of sod and do not offer smaller quantities or partial pallets.

10. What is your sod warranty policy?
We guarantee the species and quality of our sod at the time of delivery. However, we do not cover the sod's long-term survival once installed, as it is a living and perishable product.
